Nominate a Treasurer for MACC!
Do you know someone with a passion for finance, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to MACC's mission? Maybe it's you! We're looking for a Treasurer to join our leadership team and help guide our organization into the future.
Treasurer Responsibilities:
- Reconcile monthly bank accounts using QuickBooks
- Provide financial updates at monthly board meetings
- Work with a tax accountant to ensure yearly taxes are completed
- Pay contracted staff on a monthly basis
- Manage accounts payable

Nominate a Secretary for MACC!
Do you know someone with exceptional organizational skills and a heart for making a difference? Maybe it’s you! We’re looking for a Secretary to join our board and play a vital role in supporting MACC’s mission.
Secretary Responsibilities:
- Take minutes during monthly board meetings
- Distribute meeting minutes to attendees via email
- Work closely with a passionate team dedicated to MACC's vision
